• Bodyweight – Learn to develop your body with minimal equipment
• Weight Loss and Exercise – Learn caloric need, diet tracking and beginner exercises
• Program Update – Review and update your current exercise regimen
A one-hour 12 point assessment and two one-hour training sessions
Individual – $175, Partner $300
PERSONAL TRAINING, PARTNER TRAINING, OR SMALL GROUP (3-4 people)
• Six one-hour training sessions package
• Twelve one-hour training sessions package
