Mission Statement

Our purpose is to improve the quality of life for people of all ages through fitness training. The Boomer Generation needs to address those things that typically decline with age – strength, posture and balance. All of these can be improved through properly focused fitness training. Fit Boomers are strong, stand tall and move with confidence.

Boomers Are Leading the Way!

The Boomer Generation is redefining the concept of aging and retirement. With lifespans increasing, people intend to stay vital, active and involved much longer. There is more opportunity to do the items on your bucket list. For people to remain active, the importance of fitness increases with age.

What’s On Your Bucket List?

For some people, things like getting down on the floor and playing with your grandchildren (or even your great grandchildren) can be a source of great joy. Others may want to climb a mountain or travel to exotic lands. Whatever your desires, fitness plays a role.

As Baby Boomers, we know that our generation desires to get the most out of life. For most of us, being fit is no longer about having ‘six-pack abs,’ running marathons, setting weightlifting records or having the figure of a swimsuit model. Being fit allows one greater freedom of choice in everyday activities and supports living life to the fullest. To quote an old song, “The best is yet to come.”
